Ms. Kate Palfrey is primarily a commercial
litigator. Her practice areas include Commercial and
Contract Disputes, Employment Law, Personal Injury
matters and Family Law, including complex ancillary
matters cases. She has also advised on all areas of
Commercial Law.
Ms. Palfrey
graduated from the University of Warwick in 2001
with first class honours and was subsequently
awarded distinctions on the Post-Graduate Diploma in
Law (2002) and Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal
Practice (2003). She was awarded a specialist LLM in
Competition Law at Kings College, London in 2009.
Ms. Palfrey was
admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2005
and practiced in the Commercial Litigation
department of a leading law firm in England. She
joined Higgs & Johnson as an Associate in 2009.
