Truman M Bodden, a Caymanian by birth, was admitted to the Bar in London, England, in 1969. Mr Bodden has had long and distinguished careers in law and politics in the Cayman Islands. A director and founding member of Truman Bodden & Company, he was, during the periods 1976 to 1984 and 1992 to 2000, a Minister in the Government of the Cayman Islands, a Leader of Government Business and a Member of the Legislative Assembly. Mr. Bodden also held office as acting Attorney General of the Cayman Islands for periods during 1970 to 1972. He continues in active practice at Truman Bodden & Company, well seasoned in corporate/commercial law matters generally.

Chris Narborough, born in England, is a Director of Truman Bodden & Company. He was admitted as a Solicitor in England in 1985 and has been resident in the Cayman Islands since 1989, following management positions at law offices (in Saudi Arabia and Washington D.C.,) affiliated with a highly regarded London firm of solicitors. Mr Narborough is a Notary Public and a Council Member of the Cayman Islands Law Society. He has considerable experience as a corporate/commercial law practitioner and frequently advises on many aspects of Cayman's financial industry, trusts, company and general commercial law matters.

Nettie-Ann joined Truman Bodden & Company in 1995 and in 1999 became a Corporate Administrator for Trulaw. Nettie-Ann has successfully completed courses in Introduction to Company Law and Administration and Advanced Practical Corporate Administration. She has previously specialized in dealing with Annual Returns for all companies and Trade and Business licences for ordinary resident companies but is able to assist with all other aspects of corporate administration.

Veronica joined the firm in 2002 as a Marine Consultant handling the registration of yachts, ships and other vessels under construction with the Cayman Islands Shipping Registry, coordinating the registration of marine mortgages, arranging for the provision of legal opinions and a variety of ancillary marine matters and she has frequently represented the firm at the Fort Lauderdale and London Boat Shows. Veronica also works extensively in general corporate administration and has vast experience in this area. Veronica has a degree in Didactic for Teaching Spanish as a Second Language from the University of Malaga, Spain and has successfully completed courses in Business Law, Company Law, Administration, Processing of Legal Documents and Computerised Accounting. Veronica speaks English, Spanish, Norwegian, Danish, and Swedish and understands several other languages.
